Monstera EP by Kane Ian pays homage to the plant from his home in Singapore called Monstera Deliciosa.
The collection of tracks reminds us that sometimes we don’t need to go far to find the beautiful things in life as they are right in front of us the whole time.
The Record Player – A deep groover. Perfect to start the night off with. A combination of deep, jacking house with a little techno percussion drizzled in. With horns that signal the DJ is coming on with major fanfare, an underground vibe, about to take you on a serious journey.
Take My Love – Inspired by the tracky house vibes of Chicago DJ/Producer, Juwan Rates. The production captures Men and Women’s struggles of showing love towards one another.
Number Nine – A single driving track; a “runner”. Perfect production to fill in the gaps of a set with little breakdowns.
M Groove – Showcases how all the musical genres can come together and create something special without losing sight of “one’s soul”.
